Generated Output: Subject to applicable law and our terms, you own the websites and content generated for you through the Service, with the following conditions:

Generated code may include open-source components subject to their respective licenses
Similar outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI
We retain rights to aggregate, anonymized usage data for Service improvement

6. Payment Terms

Certain features require payment. By purchasing tokens or subscriptions:

You authorize us to charge your payment method
Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILGLOBO DIGITAL EQUITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WilGlobo Digital Equity from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI-generated content.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
